Effective teaching is the fulfillment of the objectives proposed in the class or raised in the curriculum, that is, what the teacher or the system proposed is met. The efficiency of education is measured from the results obtained by different assessment tools applied at the end of each class or shekel.

Effective teaching is achieved through different methods that the curriculum or teacher uses to reach meaningful learning. That is they do or used by teachers in the classroom.

• The context

It is the family, educational or social environment in which both the educator and the student said means directly influence the teaching-learning process, it is also the means or how educational resources available to the educator develops.

• The educator or teacher.

This aspect is considered the skills, personal characteristics, temperament and mood of the teacher when teaching a class or in interaction with their students. It is responsible for creating a pleasant climate in the classroom.

•The student

The student will have a certain degree of motivation to learn which must be encouraged from the outside with the help of teachers.

• The contents to teach

To teach the contents of the class the teacher should use appropriate means and methods according to the subject class making proper use of them.

Learning and adaptation are two of the biggest parts of being a good teacher. Every day this experience will bring new and unexpected obstacles to overcome, so you should be able to adapt and know how to handle a significant amount of adverse elements, especially at the beginning of your career.

3. Dedication

Being a teacher brings great benefits such as having several months of vacation. However, this profession involves dedication that is necessary to learn new skills and attend seminars such teaching during this rest period.

4. Positive Attitude

A positive attitude will help you learn how to cope and act against various problems that may be express or students.

5. High Expectations

An effective teacher should have high expectations, so every day should motivate students to strive more and more.
